• Strong understanding of server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify)
• Familiarity with database management using SQL or NoSQL solutions
• Strong knowledge of website optimization techniques, including SEO, performance, and accessibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that align with business goals and user needs
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO to improve user experience and search engine rankings
• Implement and maintain web standards, including WCAG for accessibility and responsive design principles
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through clean, efficient code
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal functionality across devices and browsers
• Manage website hosting, domain configurations, and security protocols
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality and user experience
• Regularly monitor and analyze website performance, providing reports and actionable insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development
• Support marketing initiatives by creating landing pages, forms, and interactive elements
