Overview

We’re seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team and elevate our digital advertising efforts in the Home Services industry. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media to drive high-quality leads, boost ROI, and help our clients grow their businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of two years of PPC campaign management experience, preferably in the Home Services industry (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Moving, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio
  • Familiarity with call tracking tools such as CallRail or WhatConverts
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns tailored to the Home Services industry, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize ad targeting and maximize ROI
  • Create compelling ad copy and engaging landing pages that drive conversions and improve Quality Score
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide regular reports with actionable insights
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient spending and maximum results
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search and social advertising
  • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies
  • Implement conversion tracking, event tracking, and call tracking to measure campaign effectiveness accurately
  • Provide recommendations to improve user experience on landing pages and websites to boost conversion rates
